Hello,

I've been having a problem with my laptop lately.

I updated the Intel firmware and the BIOS, but when I try to play a game like Call of Duty that requires a BIOS update, it tells me the update is required.

I don't understand where the problem could be coming from!

Can someone please help me?

What also bothers me is that the latest BIOS version is the one on the website, but the date on my computer is not the same as the one on the website.

The latest version of the INTEL firmware is also up to date, but that doesn't change anything.

Just skip the error message, the TPM for this model is not in the affected range.

The website release date is the date it has been uploaded to the website, the date on your laptop is the date on which the BIOS was built.
It doesn't matter.

Vous me dites d'ignorer ce message, mais à cause de ce message, je ne peux pas jouer de matchs classés car il indique que mon BIOS n'est pas à jour !

You tell me to ignore this message, but because of this message I can't play ranked matches since it says my BIOS is not up to date!

Maybe try EC reset?
Have you updated the Dynamic Tuning and IPF drivers?
It’s also worth running CMD commands: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth then sfc /scannow.
Also verify game files.

What is EC RESET, clear CMOS? It's a laptop... what a mess.

I don't know what Dynamic tuning and IPF are.

The game files have been reinstalled 100 times.

Shut down the laptop and unplug the AC adapter. Then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. After that, plug the AC adapter back in.
The laptop should power on automatically. Then wait for the EC reset process to complete.

Can't play ranked matches only? I think it is a game issue, try to report the issue to the game vendor.

Microsoft released a Secure Boot Allowed Signature Database (DB) Update recently.

Please install the latest updates,
then reboot your Windows system while holding down the Shift key
and install the updates.
If it is a firmware issue, please install
software version 1.0.0
Also, perform a Windows recovery from the Windows USB drive.
That issue is mostly a software problem.

I contacted MSI. My BIOS and everything else are up to date, according to them. They told me to contact Activision support, but I can't! It's driving me crazy! I've tried setting secure boot to standard and custom, but nothing works.
