do any one have the bios editing software for the current bios format ?

The current BIOS Format of the P55-DG85 (you are probably referring to that) is not really different from previous implementations.  The problem is that the 4MB-BIOS Images contain more than just the BIOS Code but also the Intel ME Firmware.  The actual size of the System BIOS Part is 2MB and it has been coded in the same way previous BIOS Implementations were.  Svet has written a little tool that allows you to split off the Intel-ME-Firmware part from the 4MB BIOS Image, leaving you with the regular System BIOS Part (2MB).  Another alternative is to use M-Flash to backup the current BIOS.  It will save the 2MB BIOS Part to an USB Flash Drive and you could use it for modding tasks.
