Bios Flashing & Intel Management Engine (ME)

So when i tried to update the bios A  of My Z87 MPOWER using the Live update tool the bios got damaged. I now know it was a very foolish thing to do but I am very new at these kind of things.
Now I am currently using the Bios B for daily use but I need to recover the main Bios. Tried to recover the Bios A using The M-Flash utility but after selecting the bios file from USB it just froze.
So do i need to follow these instructions in the following link ? https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=160450.0 . But it says on the update in the bottom that "All new release mainboards (Z87) with multiple bios's are equipped with a true hardware switch. So the same process to recover a faulty bios remains the same as Z77a-gd80 onward." So it should work with Z87 Mpower right? But after that it says " When attempting to recover any of the LGA 1150 mainboards.
Please use FPT, which is included with the latest posted bios here: >>BIOSes<< If you would like to use an older or un-posted version, FPT can be downloaded here: <<<FPT for DOS>>>"
Which makes me confused. Please help

Hi! How I can update bios at socket 1151 motherboard? Can I use afudos for aptio v 4 (like afude238), where I can download FPT for this board?

Hi

FPT is no longer available to the public. Also using other ways than what we recommend is risky and I doubt it's worth the risk.
Use MFlash (MSI official way) or Forum Tool to update your BIOS+ME.

1151 board using ami aptio v4 or v5?,  can I update it with afudos? I don`t like mflash

Hello,
I updated the bios of my msi p67-gd65 (not b3)  to 4.3 but I can now longer overclock (only OC genie).

What do I have to do? Im worried bricking my board just trying stuff, but I want to be able to OC manually.
Is it just the ME driver? I dont think I have it installed. Or do I have to go back to older bios?

hi there my live update 6 is telling me theres a new update for my bios but it wont download and when i got to my manual its only showing 2.5 and the new one is 2.6 could you tell me if it coming or could you send me a link so i could get.

PS MY BIOS IS'NT READING MY RAM IT SAYING WITH XMP ON 3333 AND IN THE LIST IT NOT SHOWING
