Bios Freezes and Crumbled on MSI CUBI Mini PC

My setup
Display : SHARP 24LE170 LED TV Aquos 24 Inch HD Panel HDMI
SSD : INTEL SSDPEKNW512GZL
RAM : Samsung M471A1G44BB0-CWE

When i plug HDMI from my MIni PC : MSI CUBI N ADL to this display, the bios looks like this image 1-3 and i cannot do anything about it since it will immediately freezes after couple of seconds. i tested using my laptop and the display is working properly, see image 4.

is there any requirement for MSI bios to be working? my display currently has max resolution 1280x720p

1.Please use computer monitor to check but not connected with TV.
2.Please use monitor or TV that support 1920x1080 to check.
