Bios Update fail

i have a msi b75a g43 I did a BIOS update, it crashed and bootlooped, I don't know and I can't find anything how to flash a new BIOS on it, it also doesn't have a BIOS flash button please help PS:i'm Not English And understand almost no English

Try place both your old BIOS version and the latest BIOS version that you tried to flash over USB key.
Both files not renamed, but with their original names, then turn it on and wait 5-10mins, see if can recover.

Do you know if the motherboard has a boot flash button?

If doesn't works, then it need to be re-flashed with SPI HW Programmer and SOIC8 Test clip.
