You can blind flash the bios, I think it is remove all drives except the USB with the Bios on it Power on Press F12 a few times and wait 30 seconds Press enter and wait 30 seconds, now this is bit I'm not positive about someone would have to test it. You press arrow down 2 times press enter and then Y then enter. Or it could be Arrow Right then arrow Down 2 times then enter then Y and enter or Enter then arrow right and enter. Get it in the correct order and Bios will get written to. But I am not certain of that order,

Thank you Alan,
Although I think it is certainly possible to do blind flash.., I am not even sure that that my board is reading my usb drive in this state... I have 4 usb 2.0 ports and given your key combinations are 3 different sets.. I have to go through 12 times blindly...
But at this point, I will try anything.

Crapper Sorry made a mistake wrong Board it is Hold down Control and F5 as soon as you power up.

OK I now have it all sorted for you as I decided to change my Boot Logo.
Here we go
Press Power Hold down Ctrl and F5 for about 20 seconds
Then wait 10 seconds and Press ENTER
PC will enter Bios Boot Mode
Press Right Arrow 2 times
Press Enter
Press Enter
PC will Power cycle and enter Bios Wright Stage
Bios will Start to be written
Once done PC will Power Cycle again.
And that should be it.

I tried this..
As soon as I press the power button, cpu starts up with cpu led light. The led light never goes away and the cpu fan speed does not slow down. I have tried so many things but nothing works...

I can't help but wonder what would happen if you put any 3000 series CPU on the board. Maybe, just maybe, the flash didn't go Fritz at all. There's a slight chance that the newest BIOS simply doesn't support your current CPU. I know we have talked about this and that the opinions about this are divided.
Honestly, I'd find a newer CPU and try this or get a new board and CPU altogether.

Well all you need is CPU one Mem stick and GPU. But CPU would need to get past post first . And I have no idea if it would work with the CPU, GPU and Memory removed from the board.
Getting a replacement Bios chip may be the only option left to you Some people do sell the service on Ebay you order the chip of them and they program the chip for you you just have to have the knowledge and equipment to replace it on the Board of Find someone who can do it .
There comes a time when you just have to call it quits and replace the defective parts but is it the Motherboard or the CPU that is faulty.

I agree with what you say about the new bios not supporting my board and on mixed opinions thing.. but I neither have any source to acquire a 3000 series cpu nearby nor am I in a financial condition as of now to buy new board and cpu...
If I put some logic in it then my board is not faulty as it is turning on and receiving power from psu. The bios flashed completely, I saw it. But since then it did not go past cpu led in post. I conclude just one thing.. the new bios does not like my cpu..
The only problem is.. if the bios is working, board is alrigt and cpu is fine(its spinning) then why the hell the board not read my pendrive and keyboard command to enter bios flash mode..?

I have only my gpu removed from the board and vga cable is attached to the main boards vga port.. i will try this once again with my gpu installed in the board..

Um Does the 2700x have a GPU built in I did not think any X series CPU had GPU on board. So plugging your Video cable into the Motherboard will not give you any output to monitor.

Are there people who are selling used 3000 series CPU close to you that you could try? Offer him a nice meal or a movie ticket for his time.
Are there no PC repair stores / component merchants / used PC vendors where you can take your PC to and see if the board boots up with a newer CPU? If it did, then downgrading the BIOS should be pretty easy to do.
Are there any PC enthusiast groups online (tech sites, forums, even FB groups) with members that might be able to help you? I'm from Finland and if I needed this kind of help I'm sure I could find few people even in my small town of 28 000 people.

No... I am actually new to this "bios not booting after update" stuff..I don't belong to a catagory of enthusiast and "let's see what happens when we do this" people... I didn't consult anyone of the names you mentioned since I don't have access to any of those where I live.. and with the current lockdown happening in my town, it is not possible to travel remote distances... So the only thing that first came to my mind is to join here an ask for help..None of your friends, family members or associates don't have a CPU you could try?

Hi Alan,
Tried with my gpu this time.
Still no visual on the screen. So I blindly followed the timings you mentioned. But my system didn't reboot. Indicates that it didn't work as well....

Yor definition of small town and mine differ so much it not funny, In my Closest town about 10 mile away there be a total population of 1,500 Now for the Big town that is 40 mile away has 15,000 no compute shop one small electrical shop. Supermarket there be Coles, Aldi and IGA. I buy almost all electronics online. Oh i'm in AustraliaI'm from Finland and if I needed this kind of help I'm sure I could find few people even in my small town of 28 000 people.
