Bios update killed my B360M PRO-VDH Motherboard

I was doing a Bios update on my Mother board it was going good then my screen went black
and my computer died and it won't even power up at all, has anyone had this issue while updating the bios??

Please clear CMOS by shorting JBAT jumper to check whether the system can boot. Which BIOS version being updated?
Have you monitored CPU temperature while BIOS updating?
