Bios update on b550 gaming plus with flash button, failed

I have a problem when updating the bios with the flash button on my MB b550 gaming plus, the power went out and I got the error (CPU LED on) I try to update it again in the same way and it just takes half an hour and it continues as before the picture.

I would like to know what I can do in this case, since I don't know which reprogrammer I should buy, and I'm not sure what the Bios chip is or if your MB has dual bios
