Bios upgrade and optimization processor 970 my msi gaming

Hello, I would like to know how I can update the bios and to lower the voltage of the processor on board with it not because I would like to put it down and more stable, my plate is 970 msi gaming and my processor amd FX 8350.

you could update bios via MFlash under the bios setup or using forum bios update tool.
in the bios setup, you should be able to find CPU voltage option and try it out.
