Hello everyone,
I have an MSI Vector 16 HX AI gaming laptop. Recently, I started experiencing a black screen issue while playing Black Myth: Wukong.
The issue happens randomly: the screen goes completely black for around 2–3 minutes, then the laptop restarts by itself. After restarting and logging back in, I find that the game is still running normally (it does not close).
Things I tried:
Reinstalled NVIDIA drivers using DDU.
Updated drivers and checked Windows settings.
Monitored temperatures: GPU/CPU temperatures are normal (around 60–70°C while gaming).
The issue also happens sometimes even when I am on the desktop.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or found a solution?
