After 2 weeks the bluetooth just disappeared on my pc and I,ve tried updating my drivers and I've tried going into the device manager and I've tried going into services and making bluetooth automatic but when i troubleshoot it it still says that there's no bluetooth capabilities...

Any help on the matter would be much appreciated

Solution
Do you still have the WI-FI Working and have you checked the Bios settings as it can be turned off via the Bios.

So easy fix has been found turn off PC and unplug PSU and wait 10 minutes Hold down Power button on PC for 10 seconds during the 10 minute power off, Plug back in and turn on PSU and boot Bluetooth should now be back
Figured out that the power reset trick coupled with un pluging all usb devices seemed to fix this time. Can we get some love MSI, this seems absurd.
Kind of makes one think of how to fix your XBOX And yep it is nuts

I have the exact same problem with this motherboard. The power reset trick (and holding the power button for a bit while unplugged) works to fix the issue.
Is there any way to prevent this from happening?
So far it doesn't seem to happen if I don't use Bluetooth at all.

MSI can we please get someone to look into this? I would like to use the full capabilities of this board 😅

Happened to me a few times on a msi laptop.
Solution was just to shut off the computer and fully reboot it.

I think this is more of a windows issue really.

Na it is Intell being nasty cause you got a AMD and not Intel CPU they did some hinky voodoo magic to make it play up so you will go buy Sucktell Sorry Intell that is

After having other issues, not sure if it's related to this (windows constantly crashing) I did a clean reinstall of windows erasing everything. Upon rebooting, I noticed I had no bluetooth. Tried turning off, leaving overnight, back on, still no bluetooth. The power off, unplug, hold reset button, re-power up did the trick. I've wasted days on this if this was the cause of my previous misfortunes.

Thanks all + Yukio (last post). My resolution eventually was:

Shutdown holding SHIFT in Windows
Unplugging all USB devices
Unplug MAIN power from rear of pc
Hold down Power ON (front of PC) for 30 secs
Replug MAINS back in
Power on (front PC)
Wait for Boot up
Replug all USB devices at login

Bluetooth Fixed. Phew.

Well, as of today (when I noticed this issue of windows telling me I don't have a bluetooth module that I should obtain a usb stick type) b550 gaming edge wifi btw, none of your fixes work. Have complelty removed the drivers, unplugged the pc, did a bios reset, tried ubunta (on a usb drive) wifi does work btw so it's odd as they are the same hardware. You can't remove the module without desoldering and all that, so it's off the table. If I can't get this issue solved by the end of day then I suppose this will be the first time I've sent a board back to msi. (Only things I've done, was installed xiaomi drivers to unlock my mi11 bootloader, had to run a batch file to do so, but it's trusted and all that, also tried to jailbreak an iphone, but that software was already installed. Only thing I can think of is the android drivers for qualcomm somehow messed with the drivers for the btooth 5.0 module. Yes, checked hidden settings, removed the bluetooth driver from there as well (after trying to update etc, as well as from programs atc, now it's no longer present even after reinstalling drivers etc. Windows should know there's a btooth module there as I've had plenty hooked to it. Unreal the amount is things I've tried that normally work without fail. If I manage another way of fixing, I'll post what I did so that others who can't solve this with above mention fixes may have sucess with what I do.

WELL I BE DAMMED!!

UPDATE, it would seem that the SHIFT SHUTDOWN method, while unlpugging all usb devices worked like a charm....have yet to reinstall drivers but bluetooth tick option is back. thank you!

I have the same issue on my B550M Mortar Wifi after update BIOS, but I solved this problem in a different way.
1. Disable Wifi in BIOS
2. Boot and load Win 10
3. Reboot & enable Wifi in BIOS
4. Boot and load Win 10 again (Now bluetooth is back)

I think Wifi & bluetooth are sharing the same switch in BIOS

Damn! It worked! No clue why!

can confirm that simply turning off the WIFI module inside the BIOS,
booting to windows, restarting back to bios, turning the module back on
will indeed fix the issue. (this is the second time ive had this problem now)

this trick is way easier than unplugging everything and holding shift, power off, unplug+hold power etc.

My 2TB HDD (Orange Color) was connected to one of the two USB port on top. Disconnected the same and and Bluetooth came back. The power reset did not help me.
