After 2 weeks the bluetooth just disappeared on my pc and I,ve tried updating my drivers and I've tried going into the device manager and I've tried going into services and making bluetooth automatic but when i troubleshoot it it still says that there's no bluetooth capabilities...

Any help on the matter would be much appreciated

Solution
Do you still have the WI-FI Working and have you checked the Bios settings as it can be turned off via the Bios.

So easy fix has been found turn off PC and unplug PSU and wait 10 minutes Hold down Power button on PC for 10 seconds during the 10 minute power off, Plug back in and turn on PSU and boot Bluetooth should now be back
I can't believe it worked switching it off with the power button held did the trick, but yeah i had a USB problem showing in the Device Manager, Was going to swap my motherboard for the mrs one, this saved me a right ball ache, nice one

Msi X670E Carbon
in device manager LAN and WI-FI is not present, like they not exist at all. BT only
Front Panel USB not working
CMOS, Bios flash did not helped, wifi disassembly too
MSI is garbage or AMD chipset is GARBAGE

Who else have this, post to collect more information about it

Bluetooth hasn't failed on me again since then, and I use it every day. I still have the same BIOS that came from the factory, v18

Just got the same problem. Solved by the Alan's advice. Magical!

I've just had the same issue with my new MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI mobo, Bluetooth just stopped working one day. At the same time there started to appear USB related errors (timeouts) during boot (I'm on Linux). Using Alan's solution fixed the problem - thanks!

Yes please install the antenna that was supplied in the Motherboard box if not already done, check they are not loose if installed already

Thanks for reposting this! I just spent the better part of two days fighting the "trying to connect" demon while installing a Logitech MX Keys wireless keyboard.

Like others here, I am using Ethernet and didn't bother to install the antennas. Dang it!

I have the same issue, all i did is installed the "Intel® Wireless Bluetooth Drivers" from intel website and then reinstalled it from Programs and features.

Check the Bluetooth settings in Windows and make sure that it is enabled.Check the Device Manager to see if the Bluetooth is listed or if there are any errors.Reinstalls the Bluetooth driver from the MSI official website.Update the BIOS of your motherboard via the MSI website.Check in the BIOS that Bluetooth is enabled.Update Windows to correct any incompatibilities.Check the external antenna if your motherboard uses an antenna for Bluetooth.Disables quick start in the Windows Power options.Checks for USB conflicts by unplugging non-essential USB devices. If the problem persists, it could indicate a hardware problem.

Just experienced the issue with my TRX40 Creator motherboard, discharge motherboard suggestion was the fix. Shut the PC down and flipped the PSU switch to off for about 5-10 minutes, pressing the power button on the PC while the PSU was off to ensure the motherboard got completely discharged. No need to unplug anything.
