Boot from multiple storage devices

Hello guys,

Need your help. PRO DP10 13M have three storage options, 2x M.2 SSD (PCIe) and 1x HDD/SSD. Can i have OS on all three storage devices and during the boot select which one to use (windows 11, windows 8.1 or Ubuntu). Are there any limitations (except possible lack of drivers for windows 8.1).

What are the full specifications of these M.2 interfaces.

Can bottom plate of PRO DP10 13M efficiently cool ssds (with addition of silicone pads).

Location of m.2 ssds and no barebone option will probably be a deal breaker for me but i appreciate expected reliability and quiet and cool operation.

Because it is with 13TH generation processor on this system so i think it is M.2 PCIe Gen4.
