I just set up my brand new MSI Pulse 17 B13V and the colors appear to be washed out. I did a quick Google search and this seems to be a common problem. I read something about un- and re-installing MSI "True Color" but that program doesn't exist on my laptop and I also can't find it as a download on MSI website. Please help. Thank you.

The model does not support MSI True Color. Some problems are caused by MSI True Color's display color calibration profiles and graphics drivers. You can refer to the below FAQ.
[Troubleshooting] Display colors washed out after a graphics driver update
Obviously, your problem is different since the model does not support MSI True Color.
It is suggested to refer to Notebooks FAQs, Guides and Video Tutorials to do some basic software troubleshooting first.
The general problem can sometimes be resolved by it.

Thanks for your reply! I was in direct contact with MSI Support and they also linked me drivers for both Intel and NVIDIA to install to try fixing the problem. However, the Intel drivers update lead to an error message and re-installing NVIDIA graphics drivers did not fix the problem. So now my only options seems to be sending it to MSI for repair.

Did you install Intel & Nvidia graphics driver on MSI website?
Device manager does not detect Intel & Nvidia Graphics adapters?

This I don't know exactly what it means, sorry. For the 2nd Intel driver attempt I attached a picture of the error message (unfortunately everything is in German) and for the first one I also downloaded the text log of the error message but I cannot attach it here.
