BSOD after enable EXPO

my current build as below;
- MPG X670E CARBON WIFI
- RYZEN 5 7600X
-CORSAIR DOMINATOR PLATINUM 16GB X 2 6000MHZ
- 750W PSU 80+ GOLD
- RTX3060
When disable Expo, my ram speed was stable running at 4800mhz.
After enable expo, ram speed was running at 6000mhz. And here, my pc CONSTANTLY BSOD.
Is it mobo issue or ram stick issue or cpu issue?
May i know why and what should i do?
