Buy a desktop get a free promo chair delivery times

Hi All

Just starting a thread regarding delivery times for the promo chair (https://register.msi.com/promotion/freegift/dt_2020_sep_getfreechair_au)

My application was approved 2 December 2020 - and i understand i need to take into account Christmas/covid etc

Current status:
"Tracking No: No tracking number
Gift:
Tracking No:
No tracking number "

However since coming across this article (https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?...ow-to-get-gaming-chair-for-free.322317/page-2) & how long it took for the chairs to get delivered, i just wanted to get a gauge on whether other users have received theirs or are still waiting..

I'm based in Australia

Contact MSI and ask them directly about it >>How to contact MSI.<<they should be able to tell you what is going on as we have no idea what happens as we have no access to internal MSI Stuff.

I appreciate your quick response, however this was less directed to 'MSi' & more to anyone out there who has put through an application for their free gaming chair - just to gauge if anyone has received there's yet.

I've reached out to MSi for updates and I've just been told due to Christmas/covid there'll be delays etc..

ok from what I can tell no-one has received yet as no one has said they have. it could be a while and as they are heavy items will take a long time to ship them unless they are coming from a distributor where you are as I have no idea how they plan to do it.

I am based in New Zealand and am also still waiting for delivery of the chair, although my registration date for the promotion was 21/12/2020. Would be good to get an update email from MSI to advise on status, even to know if they have been dispatched.

please contact MSI >>How to contact MSI.<< and ask them as just complaining here Doesn't help as we have absolutly no access to that sort of things as its done By MSI themself

Same thing for me, I purchased a gaming desktop from them, before Black Friday, and I haven't received it yet. I contacted support but they didn't know when it would come. Idk hopefully it would come in the next month or so.

Same for me, I sent a troubleshoot ticket, someone from MSI Australia replied my ticket said I need send my details to them in order to speed up the promo. I did, but no further news

Yea update from me, i received mine 2 weeks ago - just keep hitting up support (after a reasonable period) cause the tracking stuff doesn't updated automatically.
