Buzzing noise

Hi everyone! I have an MSI Katana 15 HX B14W laptop, and I'm facing a very weird issue. I have installed the official audio drivers from the MSI website—both the Nahimic Driver and the Realtek Audio Driver—but I'm getting a buzzing noise.

It happens whether I'm gaming, listening to music, or just talking to someone on Discord. Initially, I thought it was related to the charger or the battery, because for a while, it wouldn't buzz if the laptop was plugged in. However, the buzzing happens both when I'm using headphones and when I switch to the laptop's built-in speakers.

Do you have any ideas on how I can fix this buzzing noise?

No solution but just to check it's the same issue and share some facts:
If by buzzing you mean something coarse or what maybe I would call dithering or stuttering where the audio feed is gone, it isn't specifically repeating audio in the feed then yes this has been going on for me forever.
I have access to an MSI Raider from 2022 and a Titan 18HX from last year. happens with both. Happened after a clean install with minimal other applications on the Raider, happened despite a warranty repair and clean install by the approved repairer and keeps happening despite up to date, clean and reinstalled audio drivers.
Also happens in a variety of applications including we based video such as youTube
Most notable is in MS Teams where it is almost a given on every call at least once. My microphone and the other users audio feed to to me also get interrupted with silence for several seconds while it recovers (this was after months of complete crashing that I think was more nVidia driver related.
Can't get to the bottom of it through usual built in tools. Feels like it is just bad or incompatible drivers but I haven't really got much that wasn't MSI intended as per the description!

Thanks, false reassurance of what's in MSI center, it is stil reading 4.13 and I'm on 4.15.2
Time to go back to individually checking everything!
