camera is not found, is the problem in the switch?

Hi MSI colleagues and supporters:
I have a issue that I can not solve myself:
No camera is found, with error : 0xA00F4244 no camerasareattached. Camara is not found in the list of device management (neither detected), and all drivers and windows are updated. My laptop a Summit flip 13 has a switch, it seems like it moves easily from side to side. Previously, it was harder. is there any possibility that the problem is in the switch? or the issue is more related to software?

Which model of laptop do you have?
Summit E13 Flip Evo - A13M?
Do you feel a click when you move the Webcam lock switch? Mechanism problem?
It is suggested to perform EC reset and check again?

Hi Downey. Thanks for your answer. It is Summit E13 Flip EVo- A12. No click, but I am not sure that it made click before. I will perform EC reset first as in Spain, for technical assisstance, you have to send the device, and wait for minimum 2 weeks.

There should be a click there, then it could be related to the mechanism problem. Open the hidden device and confirm if you can see Camera device under device manager.
If not, it could be related to hardware issue.
