Camera Stopped Working

I purchased this laptop on January 8th, 2022, and the camera unexpectedly stopped working last week. MSI Stealth GS76-11UG. The webcam is disabled in the MSI Center. The camera is available in Windows (access turned on), but the Windows Driver window shows an error, and I am unable to reinstall the drivers. (A+ Certified)

I had the same thing happen to me. Spent much time trying looking for a solution until I looked in the MSI Center and saw the camera was turned off. Once I turned it on here, it worked.

Your is disabled, not off in the MSI Center?

Check this picture I find in Dragon center...I need to turn the cam (ON).
