Can I Auto Power On?

I need to find out how to automatically power back on my PC in the event of a power failure. While there is a UPS on it, I have had two occasions where the computer was off. Please advise. I do not need to do a simple power on. I need to have the machine power on by default in the event of a power failure so I do not have to interact with the machine.

It would help if you post the model of your motherboard to determine if your BIOS has a setting in Power Management called Restore after AC Power Loss. If Restore after AC Power Loss was set to Power On, the system will boot up after the AC power is restored.
