Can i downgrade and then upgrade my Bios again?

Hey!
So im currently trying out different bios versions. I am currently on the newest version. (i have the B450M Pro-VDH Max)
But Im worried that if i downgrade my bios, that i cant upgrade it again.
Does someone have informations?

You will always be able to "upgrade" on that board, but you may not be able to "downgrade" depending on the bios version.

MAX board have the full 32MB bios chip unlike the non Max at 16GB so will stay on Click BIOS 5 so will be no problem rolling back to earlier BIOS, where the Non Max got put on Click BIOS Lite and there seems to be no coming back from that without a Chip Programmer.

Yeh this what i thought too, but recently i tried it on my unify, m-flash wouldnt let me go from AA to A9. So now i am wondering if that was just me or actually a feature.
