Can I swap the PSU and leave the cables?

Im gonna upgrade to a 5090 and for that reason I have to change my current MSI MPG A850G to a 1000W... So I decided to go for the MPG A1000G because it seems to be the exact same model. I also looked at the manual where they are also listed together.

Is it safe to just leave the cables and only swap out the PSU? Was not able to find any exact Pin diagram unfortunately.

It is safest to use all the cables that came with the new power supply.
If you want to use your existing cables, it is recommended to contact MSI customer support to check the exact pinout compatibility.
Some users have reported that mixing cables between the same series has no problem, but this is an unofficial method that may void your warranty.

I also looked at the manual where they are also listed together.

For those that are listed together in the manual, it should be alright to keep using your exciting cables from A850G to A1000G.
