Can I Upgrade My laptop screen to a higher color gamut?

Hi, recently I purchased MSI Alpha 15 AMD Advantage Edition B5EEK-235IN Gaming Laptop. The screen of the laptop is 1080p,15.6 inches, 144hz, 45%NTSC. There is another model Alpha 15 B5EEK-029IN which has the same specification as mine. The only difference is it has a 72% NTSC screen. So my question is can I swap the 45%NTSC to a 72% NTSC screen?
