Can MSI GeForce GT 1030 4GHD4 LP OC run QHD @ 100 Hz?

I can't find the information whether this graphic card is capable to operate at 100 Hz for the QHD (2560x1440px) resolution?
I mean just for a work in Windows (not for games).

So I will really hope so (I know that some cheaper cards won't rise their possible refresh rate even though the needed resolution is significantly lower than their
advertised maximum resolution...)
