I don't know what is the reason for this but randomly(it's so rare that I have no idea from where to even begin with)the sound stops and it's like the laptop freezes for half a second and you hear a buzzing sound(not from the laptop but in my headphones, like when windows freezes and you get bsod but I don't get bsod)

It can also be drivers or some windows update
About the voltage,I set -0.47v offset and that drastically reduced temps on idle and some on load

MSI Sword 17 HX B14V
i7 14700HX,RTX 4070 and I update the ram from 16 to 64 but I also had that problem before too

I set the voltage once to -0.50v and the screen would not turn on,maybe it's too close

Most likely, as soon as I go past -0.150v or -150mv, I have stability issues with any of my laptops, some I must even limit to -100mv.
I do not know how your laptop is even able to post with such an excessive undervolt?
Lower your undevolt to more reasonable settings and reduce PL1/PL2 to 65/72W in your BIOS.

Oh sorry,I meant -0.045v
Also I have never seen the laptop drawing more than 50w no matter what
It is usually bellow 20w on the cpu when the power mode is set to best power efficiency

I have not changed anything and this is what ThrottleStop says

Well uncheck Disable Controls change PL1/PL2 65/72W, your Turbo Limit change from 20 to 28 or 40.
As for the undervolt, lower it to -0.40v or -40mv, to see if the system is more stable, if still issues, lower it to -0.30v or -30mv.
