Hi All

Please assist

Updates from MSI Dragon Center are failing with the message "Check your internet connection"
Also, I cannot download anything from the MSI downloads page for my product or other products.
The message returned is always a web page with the following line of text: File not found."
I have been trying this link among others: http://download.msi.com/uti_exe/mb/Dragon_Center.zip

This would make it seem that the Dragon Center Updates are trying the same web link and getting the file not found message and interpreting it as no internet connection.
Downloads are only an issue with MSI Software and website, I can assure that all other websites are working fine.

Some troubleshooting:
I have used multiple web browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Edge).
I have used different PC's (Home PC, Laptop, Work Laptop)
I have used different connections (Cellular LTE, Home WiFi Fibre, Workplace Internet)

Regards
Mahesh

Hello,
1/ Apparently, MSI has removed all links for Dragon Center. Even the link in this page does not work: https://www.msi.com/Landing/mystic-light-rgb-gaming-pc/download. I believe it is because a new version will be available today...
2/ Except this link, all others work on the page >>Support For MPG Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON AC - Utilities<<.
- Can you display this page?
- What happen when you click on a link?
- What is your antivirus software?
- Same result from this page: https://fr.msi.com/Motherboard/support/MPG-Z390-GAMING-PRO-CARBON-AC#down-utility?
Have a good day,
:emot-tip-wink:

Dragon Center Version 1.0.43.0 not supports mystic light MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI

Version 1.0.0.58 supports mystic light MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI no

It appears MSI has pulled everything related to Dragon Center. I've never gotten the included version on the DVD to actually run on my Z390 board.
All I want is an app to control my fan speeds and see temps under load. I guess DC got too fancy and imploded

Will wait for the new version and try again.
Other downloads seem to be working ok

Thanks All

Does anyone else still have the same issue after the latest update for Dragon Center 1.0.0.60?

When will they fix that it's so annoying!

Sounds like an MSI server issue. Try contacting support or explore Sales Outsourcing Services Toronto for help.
