Cannot redeem promotion MPG A1000 PCIE5

So I bought a MPG A1000 PCI-E5 on 17-4-2023. But when I try to select this purchase date it does not go beyond 4-4-2023. While it does clearly say on the website
Promotie Periode: 20/03/2023 - 20/05/2023
Redeem Periode: 03/04/2023 - 17/06/2023

So how do I redeem my promotion ?

Well that is Now as it is the 20th of April today

They should not really be using that date format as depending on where you live it can be read wrong

And you should be selecting the date it was purchased not prior to that

As I just registered a New SSD today that I grabbed cheap last month
So it is working correctly

Look it does not go bevond 6 of april as today. It wil be on the 7 of april tomorrow. I made the purchage on the 17 of april but I can not select that date. They seem to got the clock all wrong

OK this is all kinds of wrong

Can you copy the address of the Site and post it here
I will as if our Contact can have a look

Looks like you are on A regional site and not Global

Also is there a chance you can use a PC or Notebook and not a mobile device

I have had a a few problems with the MSI Mobile app in the past

The website link looks suspect ? It is the offical website. You can use the link before it if you want https://nl.msi.com/Promotion/betterbeyondcashback if you do not trust that link
I have asked about it just because I personally find it strange to be asking for banking details better safe than sorry.

And it does appear to be a Regional site and I did notice the Date section is not working correctly only up to the 7th for the purchase date.

I hope I get a response soon. I did already register the product but I put the purchase date on 4-4-2023. So I guess it will be rejected. Because it should be 17-4-2023

I have just gone through my regional site and not a single cashback lots of Stem codes and some MSI gift cards or games but no cashback.

Could be why it seems odd to me as have not seen it before from MSI as all Promos unless you have the correct links only show regional content.

Our contact will check with marketing but will not be till Monday due to the weekend and it is Midnight now.

You would think they will get people trying to contact them all the time about this problem. I can not be the only one who has this problem

We liaise with technical support.
Promo is handled by sales so may be more on Facebook or Discord.

OK so just heard back is safe and is MSI :pompom::pompom:
But I think they could do a bit more to make it look more legit.
As to the glitch with the date of the sale will have to wait for the Marketing section to reply

HI Have a bit more info you can not enter Prome till after 14 days of purchasing the Item is wahy the Calender will not show on the 17th So on the 1st of May you should be good to enter.

As to the fact, you have already entered with the incorrect date you may need to contact Support and ask if they can fix that for you.
