Cannot Sign in MSI center

Encounter problem "Account or password error" when trying to sign in MSI center on my laptop, but can sign in without any error when sign in to website. Any suggestion for this?

Model: Sword 16 HX B14V
App Version 2.0.41.0

Same to me on my Gs66. I think it's a bug, today I'll try to clean install an older version of MSI Center

Edit: tried whit 2.0.35.0 and it worked. Then updated to latest version and still keeps me logged in.
Here i leave you the tool to remove completely MSI Center, and here the link to the older version.

Hey bro, I can sign in properly on my laptop. Have you ever tried using the clean center tool to uninstall MSI Center properly and install again?
Or just double check if the password is incorrect or not.
