Cannot Update MAG 321UPX to Firmware 0.24

I downloaded the file and extracted it. The only way I know of downloading this update is using the MSI Firmware Update utility tool, my graphics card is up to date and im also using a Display Port on my monitor which should allow the firmware to update. I hit "AUTO" on the Firmware Utility App and it says Error "Update Fail!!" and I try to load the .bin file for the update and nothing happens. I have also tried re-installing the Firmware Update Utility app and still no luck. I have no idea what im doing wrong, its seems like everything im doing is correct. Any help would be appreciated please!

1.Please connect DP-DP cable between monitor and desktop system that with NVIDIA or AMD graphics card.
2.Please install latest driver for NVIDIA or AMD graphics card.
• For NVIDIA graphic card, please install RTX 30xx or latest.
• For AMD graphic card, please install RX 50xx or latest
 
I have followed all the instructions and unfortunately still get a "Update Fail!!" message with the .bin file loaded and pressed AUTO. My DP cables are connected just fine, I was able to update the monitor when I first got it but this new update does not seem to work for some reason.
 
I’m having the exact same problem updating to firmware .24. I had no problems updating all three of my triple monitors to .15, and .19. Something seems different with .24. For the others I did have to unplug two of the monitors and have just one at a time to make sure would update properly, maybe I just need to look at that again. Did you ever get this figured out?

Nope, nobody has been able to help me. Luckily I bought warranty for this monitor through Best Buy, ill have to return it as defective once I get my use out of it for a few years.
