Can't activate a new MSI account

Hey,

I created a new MSI account yesterday and wanted to register some products, however I'm not receiving the activation email. I've tried re-sending the email multiple times and I would either get "Email sending failed, please request activating mail again" error message or it would tell me to check my emails/trash to activate my account yet there's still nothing. I hope somebody would be able to assist me. Live chat is down in Australia at the moment :(

I am having exactly the same issue, so any help would be appreciated, especially as several redemptions end on 31/12/2020 which can't be claimed until the account is confirmed.
 
I had the same issue, I also get error messages or sent an email and nothing in spam / bin. I got around it by using another email address that is no registered with msi- which is not optional but the only solution I could find since their customer service call center and chat is closed in Australia.
 
New year and the same problem. Looks like they are not following up on this forum so I am not sure what we can do to get a response on this matter.
 
If you are posting here you have an MSI account already and of course you can't (and mustn't) register another.

It's not right. I can write on the forum but i can not activate my count ;( (see we message on my account in web site - Sorry it's french).

Not entirely sure why would that be. Can you translate this for us?

Have requested re-activation via email? If so, you don't receive such email or?
