Can't change bios

I got a new kt3-aru and it doesn't seem to want to save the bios settings correctly. On booting, the diag led's make it to the Memory Detection Test and then it hangs without ever even bringing up the display. However if I use the jumper to clear the bios it will boot fine until I chose save changes in the bios even if i don't actually make any changes (hitting exit without saving changes is the only way to let me boot again). I tried downloading the latest bios and i even tried some of the older ones too with no luck. Any suggestions or is this just a defective board?

If its hanging on boot with a memory error, I would first make sure that you're memory is seated properly and firmly in the DIMM slot. Also, you may want to try that stick out on another board, or try a different stick in your board to try and isolate the problem. Apart from that, it sounds like your board might be toast
