In the end you will probably have to get a newer graphics card, at least GeForce 700-series (and that is already ancient). The GTX 465 is like 13 years old, it's a miracle that it still runs on a modern board, BTW which board model do you have exactly?
Of course, since you have a 12100F, it has no iGPU, so when you try to put the BIOS into UEFI mode, there are no graphics that support it, and it cannot work. You have to solve this by 2025 at the latest, when Win10 support ends. Because then we will all have to use Win11, and Win11 requires UEFI mode for the BIOS.
Latest official drivers for 400-series are these,

But the driver is the least of your worries, you just need a newer card. This GPU is good for absolutely nothing nowadays, even the iGPU of a 12100 (non-F) would be much better. It is crazy to put a GeForce GTX 465 into a modern system, this card has an idle power draw of almost 30W, for absolutely no benefit to you. As i said, even the iGPU would've been superior in many ways, it is a shame that you went for the -F CPU, since clearly you are not trying to game with this system.
As it stands, you could get something like a passively cooled GT 710/730 for example, this way you can use at least halfway current drivers, and the idle power draw of it should be more like 7-8W, and maybe 40W under full load (but it's not good for many games either, of course, you can only play very simple stuff on that).
However, if you actually want to play games, then get something like a Radeon RX 6600. Just make sure your PSU is up to the task in quality. When i see a 12100F, i tend to assume that the other components are quite low-end too.
