Can't find motherboard in list on MSI support form

I have an issue I need to report to MSI using https://service.msicomputer.com/msi_user/support/ts_form.aspx, but I can't find my motherboard model in their form for submitting a request.
MSI Live update says my motherboard model is MS-B9061
The label on the PC says Trident 3 VR7RC

You can't get support for the mainboard but your Trident desktop pc. Only retail mainboards are covered on their own. In your case the mainboard is only part of the MSI computer you need to ask for support for.

1.Motherboard is special and JUST for full system-Trident series.
Cannot just sell motherboard so it is not on MSI website.

2.Live update is NOT support Trident series.
