Can't get pc to post

Things I've tried
Reset ram stick
Power drain
Reset cmos
Flash MSI.ROM (stable and beta bios )
Reposition gpu
Reposition all cables
Unplug all drives then plug back in
Plugging HDMI to motherboard instead of GPU and pray still nothing.
Motherboard has no lights on boot just black screen .

Would it be important to mention it happened during windows installation (prompt that says " continue installation or start new one " shut off Right after that
