Can't login on MyMSI App

Hello,

Sorry if this has been asked or if it's in the wrong section. But i'm just wondering if we can login on the MyMSI app with our rewards.msi.com account, because i can't. I have changed the password just to be sure and i can't login on mobile on the MyMSI app.

If we have to register again, do points start from scratch? Do i have to register my products again? Or is there a way to link accounts?

Ya it not working correctly can login but it not display the correct items to redeem, as well as not recording a bunch of daily logins seems to have missed about 6 days in a row
