Can't open a ticket

The form has a mandatory field for MB Bios version (on a GPU ticket!) and it won't let me enter anything in the field. Can't get past this. I tried on different systems/OSs/browsers and it's the same everywhere.

And the live chat page has no live chat on it. Just links to the FAQ and this forum.

I guess that's one way to make sure your ticket volume is low.

How exactly do you try to submit a ticket? Can you share the steps, perhaps I can try to duplicate the issue.

Registered the device and clicked on Get Support in the MSI Member Center for the specific device.
