have you also Re-Enrolled the TPM Keys and Secure boot? after a update they may still have the old keys stuck in them and they need to be re-enrolled in your BIOS settings for Security.
I think i have, how do i do that if i havent got that?

go into Advanced (F7)
settings
Security
Trusted Computing
for TPM and Secure boot change to Custom
now Enroll Default Factory Keys
then hit F10 to save and then let the PC Reboot
once done see if that makes a change in the Report on the Call of Duty Secure Attestation Wizard again
Also make sure CSM Support is OFF

can you shut your PC Down and Pull out the Power Cable from your PSU for around 30 seconds while holding down the Case Power Button to discharge everything and Retry?

For that motherboard and TPM 2.0 you need Ryzen 3XXX or Ryzen 5XXX.
Ryzen 1XXX and 2XXX do not fully support TPM 2.0 (they are limited to TPM 1.2).
That CPU is not even a good choice for Windows 11 (not fully supported anyway).

Looking like this is becoming a trend I have Prebuilt 14th gen MSI MAG S3 brand new out the box literally last week and this is happening to me tried every “Fix” I can find to no avail , seems there are a few other threads on here in the last few days for the same thing..
Honestly is crazy that they make customers do this to their hardware. Riot games has vanguard wich works judt fine.

First-gen Ryzen CPU architecture physically lacks proper fTPM 2.0 support, so no BIOS tweak will pass CoD's hardware attestation check on that chip. Upgrade is the only path there.
For everyone else on 14th gen Intel / Katana laptops facing this: check if Intel Platform Trust Technology (PTT) is enabled in BIOS and clear the old keys before enrolling factory defaults. Also make sure VBS/HVCI is turned on in Windows settings Ricochet requires both HW attestation and memory integrity active now.
