it seems like your baseboard information is changed

normally it should be something like MAG B660M MORTAR WIFI DDR4 (MS-7D42) in the product's name, did you make any changes to the motherboard info?

Maybe the information was changed when I tried to hackintosh my computer. Is this really causing MSI Center problems? How can I change the product name? thanks

MSI Center needs to check if the board's compatible by the baseboard information. are you still using hackintosh? changing the product name might affect hackintosh support.

maybe you can try other 3rd party RGB applications that do not require motherboard support? like openRGB or signal RGB?

Yep that be the problem is not very common but appears when the base info has been modified for a some what legit Hackintosh like you have done, or the other is to bypass anti cheat lockout on a hardware level.

Far as I know talking to MSI contact about it last time it appeared on the forums there is no real fix.
