Good morning,
I would just like to know if it is normal that my case box is properly registered on the MSI website but is not visible in the MSI Centre software. because all my other peripherals are displaying correctly.

No, not at all. MSI Center is installed, and all my MSI products are registered on the official MSI website in my account. The only thing I notice is that my case does not appear in the MSI Center software, while all my other devices are displayed. I wanted to know if this was normal.

Yes, if the MSI centre can not see the hardware, it may not list it from your registered products

Pretty sure I have more than this in the Build that is MSI
