Radiators by open window, outside air temp ~55°F (13°C).

1.325VCore, -0.150 offset.

PL1 & PL2 = 360W.

Hyperthreading on, CEP off.

Lite Load Mode 1, CPU LLC = 3.

Clocks - 60/44/48.

Outside air temp ~53°F (12°C).

PL 1, PL2 = 400W

Granted, Arctucas is a tuning master with a killer setup. My puny Tomhawk Max Wifi and LT720 can't get the R23 score to go above 39500 at PL250, nor keep it below 88 degrees at that load.

That said: without proper tuning the score at PL 253 would be around 36k, so it's already a 10% increase in performance. I'm just an average joe with my 14900k :(

So, just for the heck of it, I ran a new test.
I set PL to 253, ICCMAX 400, everything Auto, IA CEP disabled, Lite Load Mode 9 (lowest stable for me).

R23 score of 39500, but the power draw never got above 235. This is faster than my custom setup, at the same power draw.
