I have 2 rams of DDR4 3200mhz (corsair). I used to be able to change dram frequency up to 3200mhz in BIOS (or even higher but I didn't do it to avoiding risks). But now I cannot find any option to increase my DRAM speed anymore, currently 2666mhz is the maximum I can make.
The "Adjusted DRAM frequency" is greyed out.

its due to your board and CPU:

Intel® Core™ i7/ i9
Support DDR4-2933 Memory (Max.)

Intel® Core™ i5 (Below)
Supports DDR4-2666 Memory (Max.)

as you have a i5 that Motherboard locks it to 2666Mhz Max

Strange. 'cause last year I used to be able to make it 3200mhz with the same cpu. I have updated the latest version of BIOS month ago and now i cant increase it

May have been something intel did with the BIOS code you could try the older bios again to see if it makes a difference
