Chip needed

Hi i have a msi r9 280x 8g 8gb graphics card. 1 chip has blown and cannot find it anywhere anybody know of a replacement I could use.
Card works after full unplug but after a computer restart no screen. Photo attached for the blown chip

You might want to contact electronics repair store in your country. Some may sell the part, others will offer repair instead.

I have sent this off to people and as of yet not got a clue. Been told I'm missing a letter or number from the chip.
I have even tried looking for the chip layout for the graphics card but no luck
