CHK number has a letter on it? PLEASE help.

I’m trying to RMA my SUPRIM GPU and I need the CHK number. I found the sticker on the card that says the serial number and the CHK number but at the end of the CHK number it’s two digits then a letter. I can’t RMA it without the CHK number and if anyone knows then can you please help me.

The CHK number should be 2 numbers and a letter, if you look at where you register a product for the example, it shows as CHK number as 88C

some times there just Numbers like 762 sometimes there like 06F just use the one it has

Perhaps it should be called CHK Code instead

But the thing is that when I enter it, it dosent work. It gives me a CHK error.

There's nothing anyone here on the forums will be able to do to help that.

Out of interest is it a new GPU or is it a custom built if custom built may likely be a number on the bottom of the case or next to the PSU on the back of the case. Customs builds can not be registered as separate components.
