Here is my problem, keyboard customization no longer works. All the LED modes work perfectly but not the key-by-key customization.

Have you updated MSI Center recently? What version are you on?
Did it work fine before, or is it a new keyboard?

It worked very well before. Yes, I updated MSI center to V2.0.32.0

have you tried resetting the keyboard by holding fn+esc until the RGB reset?
