If you own this model then do not install any of the new updates from Intel. It completely breaks any modern game on the device. 2K games, Cyberpunk, RDR2, none of them work. They either launch the game menu or crashes even before launching. I even wiped the driver using DDU and reinstalled it. The last know good update is 32.0.101.8626.

I reached out to Intel directly about this and their response was to reach out to the developers of the game since the claw doesn't meet their system requirements?!? So Intel's update broke the game mechanics and they want to just shrug this off at the game developers?

Needless to say, it'll be my last Intel based device. Just thought of putting it here before anyone goes through my experience.

Thanks for sharing! I will skip this version until the next update.

First, uninstall that version of the Intel driver,
then try downloading a different version of the Intel driver.

@Tourica, I appreciate you trying to help out but before posting it here, I did uninstall the drivers using DDU in safe mode, reinstalled the drivers but to no avail. The older version of the drivers work perfectly fine but something in the new update broke things.

No worries! Btw, you can safely install the emergency patch they just release. Version: 32.0.101.8735. It did fix Cyberpunk, RDR2 and other modern titles for me, except for the 2K games. So unless you have 2K games in your library, I'd say it's safe to install this new driver.
