Claw A1M high temperature when plugged in

Hi all, since december i haven't played with the claw, today i wanted to play some games after all the updates (win update, ms store and latest intel drivers with xess3). While i was playing with mhs2, i decided to plug the claw in the ac and the temperature skyrocketed to 100° in all the modes except super battery where are lower (60°/70°). If i unplug the claw, the temps goes down in all modes. This is strange, any ideas? Thanks a lot

Clean the air conditioner filter and check the refrigerant condition.
Also, try using a power strip or a different outlet.
Then, turn the air conditioner off and on again to reset the sensor.

Hi, thanks for the answer, but i can't do anything like open the claw because of the warranty. I have bought the pc handheld in october as new, i dunno if this problem is hardware or software
