I've got yesterday this mouse and it does a very extrange thing.
Using X-Mouse Button Control i've detected when i press the buttons the PC detects combinations of them instead of single pressing:
Left Click: Left Click + Center Click + Button 4
Rich Click: Right Click + DPI
Center Click: Nothing
Button4: Nothing
Button5: Button 5 (the only that works normally).

I've thought that the problem was that i don't installed the mouse software, so i've installed MSI Center (With Gaming Gear and Mystic Light). Mystic Light works just fine, i can create 3 profiles of rgb and change between them by clicking on the app. But when i press right click (the pc detects it as Right Click + DPI button) it cycles on the "Factory profiles of DPI & RGB" and forgots the profile that i've record con Mystic Light.
And when i try to open Gaming Gear, the MSI Center Crashes. (running as Administrator and running it normally).

Then i've tried in 2 more PC's and the problem is the same.

Also tried to reset it by pressing Left+Middle+Right click and it didn't work either.. (Maybe because the system detects the "combinations" instead of the single clicks).

did you unplug the mouse first, press the left+scroll+right key simultaneously, then plug the USB cord back to reset the mouse?
do you have FW update available in Live update?

Yes! I tried it but didn't work. Any kind of "signal" (i mean, light changes, reset or whatever). Maybe it didn't worked due to the remap of the buttons.
When i open the MSI Center it checks for updates and after the scan it says that no updates are available

Left Click: Left Click + Center Click + Button 4
Rich Click: Right Click + DPI
if you haven't set the macro for the combination then it looks like the mouse buttons are interfering with each other
you might need to send it back to your retailer o_O
