Hello, after successfully updating both the mouse and dongle firmware in MSI Center, the settings (Gaming Gear) do not work, the mystic light works, but the main settings (Gaming Gear) keep loading over and over, like the app is stuck.
I don't know what to do anymore, does anyone know what to do with it? Thanks a lot.

can you please provide the version of mouse, dongle, and MSI Center?
you can go to System Info, and press scan to get the mouse's firmware version if gaming gear is not working.
also, please update to MSI Center 2.0.13.0 if you're not on this latest version.

Yes I am using MSI Center 2.0.13.0

A new version 2.0.14.0 will be released today, Do you think it could help?

Now I managed to get it working, all I had to do was run MSI Center 2.0.13.0 as admin...
So the problem is probably solved.

Do you think the new version of MSI Center 2.0.14.0 will bring any new features or improvements? Does it make sense to install newer versions?
