I think this is the best forum to post this under but if there was a better, I apologize.
So, I've been having a bit of a problem with my computer lately it keeps freezing when I launch games, my two best examples are overwatch 2 and Satisfactory. Games that do work on my computer are things like Rimworld, dirty league of legends and legends of runeterra. What happens when I launch the games like say overwatch 2, most of the time the sound will first clip out before some wonky stuff happens like character models vanish or if I hit the escape menu theres nothing there. Then it just hard freezes. I originally thought it was my temps, So I not only re-applied my thermal paste to my cpu but I also opened up my GPU and did it there. My temps are really good, so than I bought new ram, same thing still happens. I then replaced my CPU upgraded my bios and my computer I can tell is actually running really smooth I really do notice in games like runeterra it loads better and everything so I can see a difference with that on my cpu. BUT I loaded up overwatch 2, it crashed again. I've reinstalled windows, I've done hard drive scans to make sure it's fine, but I can't figure it out.
Any input please would be greatly appreciated but that's all I got for information on it. I just can't figure it out, the last absolutely crazy idea I had was maybe its the power supply. I'm going to list my specs down below:
motherboard: X470 GAMING PLUS
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
GPU Nvidia 2060
16GB ram
Power: 600W
