Connection Methods and Missing Pins on MSI RTX 4070 SUPER GAMING X SLIM

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased an MSI RTX 4070 SUPER GAMING X SLIM graphics card. From what I understand, it can be connected in two different ways. Could anyone advise which method is better for optimal performance and stability?

Additionally, I've noticed that some pins seem to be missing from the cables, regardless of which connection method I use. Is this normal, or should I be concerned?

Hi
Ideally you will use native 12pin power connector.
Adapter will work fine too, it just adds additional points of failure.
Connector is missing some pins as it's not native connector directly from the PSU.
